writeORDER is an integrated PDA/Internet sales force automation application for suppliers, distributors and sales agencies. Orders are scanned using the PDA. The Internet provides a wireless channel to submit orders and update the PDA as well as write orders online.

Scanning
The PDA order entry application is designed for supplier staff and independent sales representatives. Intuitively designed to match how orders are written, writeORDER gives sales personnel the information and tools they need, when they need them - in front of the customer, whether in the field or at a trade show. Orders are created by scanning SKU numbers, EAN or UPC. Copies can be immediately printed using a wireless printer in the showroom or a portable printer in the field. Using a wireless connection to the Internet, orders are transmitted to the supplier, the rep firm, and the customer in seconds with a few taps. NOTE: The application requires an installed scanner to operate on PDA.

Product Data Management
Suppliers mange their product data online with changes instantly available to their internal sales staff, independent sales representatives and customers wherever they are located. Product data on the PDA can be updated in a minutes using either Wi-Fi or a computer. The order writing portal is easily linked to an existing website.

Updates can be made individually online and on the PDA, or using a file exported from an accounting application. New customers are easily added on the PDA or online. Customer data can include; multiple ship to addresses, account numbers, terms, balances, historic sales, and more and can be shared by suppliers and their sales representatives, while retaining appropriate confidentiality.

Orders
Orders are submitted with one tap using a wireless connection to the Internet and can be received by email, fax or formatted for direct importing into virtually any accounting application by both the supplier and sales agency. Submitted orders can be view online and on the PDA with complete line item detail. Order updates are quickly done by PDA or computer using an online form which automatically identifies the order being updated and sends copies to the supplier and appropriate agency.
